We are excited to have Eugene Yang, MD, MS, FACC as our keynote speaker. Dr. Yang is a board-certified cardiologist and medical director of the UW Medicine Eastside Specialty Center. He is a professor of Cardiology and Medicine at the UW School of Medicine. Dr. Yang is also a holder of the Carl and Renee Behnke Endowed Chair for Asian Health. His research focuses on the epidemiology of cardiovascular disease in disaggregated Asian populations and new technologies for blood pressure measurement.

In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by the American Heart Association. The American Heart Association is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

AMA Credit Designation Statement - Physicians
The American Heart Association designates this live activity for a maximum of 4.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

AAPA Credit Acceptance Statement – Physician Assistants
